Since 1993, this conference series has provided a forum for presentation of results in wavelet theory and applications, interpreted very broadly. It welcomes original papers on the mathematics of signal processing and in all areas of mathematical sciences that are affected fundamentally by the choice of signal representation. The series distinguishes itself by successfully straddling disciplinary boundaries; it has drawn preeminent researchers in mathematics, signal and image processing, computer vision, medical imaging, neuroscience, physics, and other fields.
